UK Market Entry Partner · Syston, Leicestershire · Est. 1985
We handle everything between your product spec and your customer's door. Toolmaking, moulding, hand finishing, quality inspection, packing and dispatch — all from one facility in the East Midlands. Recycled or virgin material. Your brand, your spec, your timeline.
We have customers who have been with us since the 1990s. That's not a claim about longevity — it's evidence that what we do works well enough that businesses don't need to look elsewhere.
9 Cross Street, Syston, Leicestershire LE7 2JG · Serving UK and European manufacturers since 1985Why This Matters
Most manufacturers entering the UK spend six to twelve months finding a moulder, a finishing operation and a fulfilment partner — negotiating three separate contracts, managing quality across three sites and hoping nothing falls through the gaps between them.
When something does go wrong, nobody owns it. The moulder says it left them fine. The finisher says they received it that way. The fulfilment partner has already shipped it. Your customer is unhappy and you're three phone calls into a problem that should have had one conversation.
The other version of UK market entry is eMould. Your component is moulded, finished, inspected and dispatched from one building. If there's a problem, there's one conversation — with us.
In Practice
A manufacturer of recycled plastic construction products needed a UK supply chain capable of handling both recycled polypropylene and virgin PE variants of their product range — with consistent quality across material types and direct dispatch to UK trade customers.
We built the tooling in-house, qualified both material variants through sampling, and began dispatching directly to their UK customers within four months of first contact. We now handle their entire UK fulfilment operation: call-off orders, pallet dispatch, and returns management. They have one UK supplier relationship to manage. We handle the rest.
Recycled & Virgin Materials
Recycled feedstocks behave differently to virgin material. MFI varies between batches. Contamination levels affect surface finish. Regrind ratios need managing carefully or reject rates climb. Most moulders either avoid it, charge a premium for the risk, or quietly swap in virgin material when consistency becomes a problem.
We've been running recycled thermoplastics for years. We know how to qualify incoming material, adjust process parameters across a production run, and maintain output quality without the excuses. If your product specification requires recycled content — for commercial, sustainability or regulatory reasons — we can handle it properly.
We work with recycled and virgin PP, PE, ABS and a range of other thermoplastics. If you have a specific material requirement, send it across and we'll tell you straight whether it's something we can do consistently at volume.
What We Do
Everything below happens in our facility in Syston. Nothing is subcontracted. Nothing leaves the building until it's been checked.
We design, build and maintain our own tools here in Syston. Because we make them ourselves, we know exactly how they're constructed and we keep them running properly for their entire working life. No handoffs, no grey areas about who's responsible for what.
Up to 560T clamp force. Short runs through to high volume. We run recycled and virgin thermoplastics and we're honest about what we can and can't achieve with a given material specification before we commit.
Skilled finishing and assembly straight off the machine — trimming, sub-assembly, insertion, inspection. Most moulders won't offer this. It's one of the main reasons our clients come to us and don't leave. Some of our components end up in sectors where this level of finishing is the difference between acceptable and not.
Every component is inspected before it's packed. This isn't a separate department — it's built into how the line runs. Rejects don't reach your customer. If there's a batch issue, we identify it here, not when your customer calls.
Packed to your spec, labelled to your requirements, dispatched to your customers or distribution centres. We handle ecommerce fulfilment, pallet orders and call-off stock management. Product leaves this building ready to go to your end customer — not ready for another warehouse.
We hold stock on site. Useful if you want to buffer against demand spikes without holding UK inventory yourself. Call-off orders fulfilled against a running stock position. We report on stock levels and flag when replenishment runs need scheduling.
Getting Started
International manufacturers ask us this question a lot. Here's a realistic picture of how a new supply relationship comes together.
Drawings, samples, or a written brief. We'll come back within 24 hours with a feasibility response, a tooling lead time estimate, and an indicative production cost. If we can't do it, we'll say so immediately rather than waste your time.
We quote tooling and production simultaneously so you're not waiting on sequential approvals. If your spec involves recycled material, we confirm which grades we're working with and what the qualification process looks like before you commit.
Tooling typically takes six to ten weeks depending on complexity. We update you at key stages. You're not chasing us for progress reports — we send them.
Samples come to you for approval before we run a single production unit. Material certificates accompany the samples. Any adjustments are made at this stage, not after a production run.
Once samples are approved, we agree a call-off schedule that suits your demand pattern. Production runs, stock is held on site, and your customers receive product dispatched from Syston. You manage orders. We handle everything else.
From Clients
We're discreet about our client relationships. Some of them have been going for decades. A few clients were willing to put something in writing.
"Probably the best kept secret in the injection moulding industry. Reliable, capable, and they do what they say they'll do. In-house tooling, moulding and full pick-and-pack under one roof. We've been with them for years and we couldn't find anyone else offering the same."
"We've used a lot of moulders. eMould are the only ones where a lead time commitment actually holds. Their recycled material work is consistent in a way that's genuinely hard to find."
"The hand finishing is what sets them apart. We couldn't find another UK supplier willing to do it at this quality level. Forty years of experience and you can see it in every batch."
We can provide references on request for serious enquiries. We ask that you introduce your business and requirement first — we're selective about the work we take on and we expect the same discretion from prospective clients.
